The Canadian province of Ontario has reopened the popular immigration stream for international PhD graduates who have studied in the province of Ontario. Now, under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), they can get an opportunity to get settled in the province as the government of Ontario would give them a “base” provincial nominal certificate.
