Express Entry has rolled out new rules which would act as a doormat for immigrant students to study and work in Canada. It is anticipated to invite skilled and prolific educated students to the country from all over. According to the new rules, less emphasis would be given to applicants having qualifying job offer. Instead, it will add weightage to the students who have high level of education and language skills.
